AisleRx is a digital healthcare platform that allows you to start a consultation by scanning a QR code, completing a guided intake, and receiving an e-prescription (when clinically appropriate) after review by a licensed provider.
How does AisleRx work?
Simply scan a QR code, answer a few medical questions, complete payment authorization, and a licensed provider will review your case. If appropriate, your prescription will be sent to a pharmacy.
Do I need an appointment?
No. AisleRx is designed for asynchronous care, so you can complete your consultation anytime without scheduling an appointment.
Eligibility & Safety
Will I always receive a prescription?
No. Prescriptions are only issued if a licensed provider determines that treatment is clinically appropriate based on your responses.
What conditions can be treated?
AisleRx supports select low-risk conditions such as UTI, acne, allergies, and similar common concerns. Not all cases are eligible for remote treatment.
What if my condition is not eligible?
If your case is not appropriate for remote care, you will be advised to seek in-person medical attention. You will not be charged if treatment is not provided.
Is this service safe?
Yes. Your information is reviewed using structured clinical workflows and evaluated by licensed healthcare providers.
What should I do in an emergency?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately. AisleRx is not intended for emergency care.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
The consultation fee is $29.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is first authorized (placed on hold). It is only charged after a provider approves your case and issues an e-prescription.
Will I be charged if I don’t receive a prescription?
No. If your case is not approved for treatment, the payment hold will be released and you will not be charged.
What happens if I don’t complete the payment?
If payment is not completed within the allowed time, your consultation may be canceled and you may need to start a new request.

We use your location to suggest nearby pharmacies, or you can select your preferred pharmacy during the process.
How will I receive my prescription?
